Update on the Decades Blogathon: Final Curtain Call!

Decades Blogathon banner 2016

Hey all, hope you have had a great weekend and that you’ve cleared your schedules for the next week or so — the Decades Blogathon is right around the corner! (That’s right — that means you should be reading nothing else but these posts! 😉 ) The first of the 2016 batch goes up tomorrow, which is to say this is THE FINAL CURTAIN CALL FOR THOSE WANTING TO SUBMIT A REVIEW. We have now reached the final day before entries go up and so we kindly request that if you are still planning on turning something in and you were NOT on the reserve list, that you let either Mark or myself know the status of your post so we can confirm the entries.

While we would love to extend the deadline longer, we do have several people who are anxiously awaiting their pieces to go up and for them to be able to post what they have to their own sites, so unfortunately now time is of the essence. IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE RESERVE LIST, please send me or Mark an email and let us know your status so we can plan accordingly. If we do not hear anything back by end of day tomorrow (Monday) we will open those spots up to our reserves. Thank you for your understanding and thank you to everyone who has been in touch with us and to those who have sent us their stuff. We cannot wait to feature you this year in what we hope will be another successful event.

    • Cheers for taking part Allie. It’s been fun so far, so much more to go too. Your review is actually now on Three Rows Back (I think you might have seen it already by now though). 🙂 Have a good day!

    • Ah, shucks man. Yeah, we made an announcement post something like a week or two ago now. I guess you missed that, and I’m sorry we couldn’t hold more open spots for this thing. Perhaps next year we will consider expanding the pool. But please feel free to drop in and leave comments as this begins! Thanks for stopping by here, too.
